• Listing information comes from the local MLS and from our own listings. All information is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed, and should be independently verified.
• Listings, prices and status can change, and a home can sell, at any time without notice. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell; a property is only under contract once a purchase agreement is accepted in writing.
• Square footage, lot size, boundaries, zoning, utilities and other details should be checked before you rely on them. Map locations are approximate.

MLS listing data

Listings from other brokerages are provided through the Del Norte Association of REALTORS® MLS (DNAORMLS Listing Data). The copyright for listing data belongs to the real estate agents and brokers who entered the records. This information is provided for your personal, non-commercial use and may not be used for any purpose other than to identify properties you may be interested in purchasing.

Please don’t copy or scrape the site

You may not use bots, scrapers or other automated tools to copy listings, photos or other content from this site, or republish it on another website, app or service. Ordinary indexing by search engines is fine. We may block access from anyone who scrapes or misuses the site.

Photos and content

The photos, videos, 3D tours, floor plans, text and logos on this site belong to Finigan Real Estate, our clients, our photographers or the listing brokers. You’re welcome to share links to our pages and to print a listing’s flyer for your own use. Please don’t republish them without permission.

Contacting us

When you send us your name, email or phone number through the site, you’re asking us to get in touch about your inquiry, and we’ll reply by email or phone. How we handle what you send is explained in our privacy policy.

Sending us a message doesn’t make us your agent. An agency relationship begins only with a written agreement between you and Finigan Real Estate.
