Harbor town between the redwoods and the Pacific

The county seat for Del Norte County, Crescent City is the rushing hub of the county. However, the rushing hub of Del Norte is no match for Los Angeles... Del Norte is a relaxed community surrounded by redwoods on three sides and the Pacific Ocean on the fourth side.

From Crescent City, you have it all: vistas of redwoods, the Klamath Mountain Range, gorgeous coastal views of the Pacific, yet you are in the city. Live on Pebble Beach Drive and see the lighthouses, Pacific Ocean, and coastline from your home. Live on the south side of town and see the harbor and bay. Live on the east side and feel the redwood forests.

Wherever you live in Crescent City, you will look around and see the lush green mountains and feel the fresh air of the nearby ocean. Crescent City's harbor serves commercial fishing for salmon, shrimp, tuna, cod and Dungeness crab. Crescent City's Jack McNamara Field Airport provides commercial air service to and from the region.
